We create cleaning schedules and checklist for all areas and perform complete and through inspections to ensure that all standards are being maintained…. this includes your twice per year deep cleaning service. In addition, my team is trained in identifying and reporting all deficiencies immediately, thereby giving you the opportunity to have them immediately addressed.

From the moment your tenants step out of their residence door, to the moment that potential client, or customer walks through your property, they will immediately notice the care, attention to details and overall customer satisfaction that is placed on maintaining a clean and safe environment for them. 

We perform daily cleaning of all common areas including hallways, lifts, lobby/reception area, restrooms, pool area, gym, garbage disposal and chute rooms, laundry rooms, entertainment areas and stairwells. Our service is customized to meet your needs.

In addition, to prevent the spread of diseases we frequently and continuously disinfect and sanitize all doorknobs and handles, lift buttons, counter tops, tables, gym equipment, pool chairs and rest rooms. This is all done inconspicuously and with a sense of urgency, above all we remain accessible and responsive to your needs.
